Question Order
Organize questions logically:
- Start with easy, engaging questions
- Group related questions together
- Use section headers for organization
- Put sensitive questions later
- End with open-ended feedback
Question Length
Keep surveys concise:
- Aim for 5-10 questions when possible
- Longer surveys have lower completion rates
- Remove questions that aren’t essential
Clear Language
Write effective questions:
- Use simple, direct language
- Avoid jargon and acronyms
- Be specific about what you’re asking
- Don’t ask two things in one question
