SurveyReflex uses a pay-per-survey model — you pay once when you publish a survey to choose how many responses you want to collect. There are no monthly subscriptions and no recurring charges.
How Pricing Works
When you’re ready to publish a survey, you select a response tier that determines how many responses your survey can collect. Each tier has a one-time cost. Once you’ve purchased responses for a survey, those responses never expire and are not tied to any billing cycle.
Creating and editing surveys is always free. You can also publish unlimited surveys and collect up to 50 responses per survey at no cost — no credit card needed. You only pay when you need more than 50 responses on a survey.

Free Tier
SurveyReflex includes a permanent free tier — create unlimited surveys, each collecting up to 50 responses at no cost. No payment information required. It’s a great way to run quick surveys or test your setup, and there’s no limit on how many free surveys you can create.
Paid Tiers
When you need more than 50 responses, choose the tier that matches your expected volume. Each tier is a single, one-time payment — there is no monthly bill and no renewal.
- Starter ($3) — up to 100 responses
- Essentials ($7) — up to 500 responses
- Growth ($13) — up to 1,000 responses
- Pro ($23) — up to 2,000 responses
- Business ($45) — up to 5,000 responses
If you are unsure how many responses you need, start with a smaller tier. You can always purchase more responses later.

For needs above 5,000 responses or custom requirements, contact the SurveyReflex sales team to discuss a tailored response package.
Upgrading a Survey’s Response Limit
If a survey approaches or reaches its response limit, you can purchase additional responses without creating a new survey or losing any data.
How to Upgrade
- Open your survey from the Dashboard
- Go to the Publish tab for that survey
- Select a higher response tier
- Complete the payment via Stripe or PayPal
- The new response limit takes effect immediately
All previously collected responses are preserved. Respondents will be able to continue submitting as soon as the upgrade is processed.

- PayPal — PayPal account or guest checkout
All payments are processed securely. SurveyReflex does not store your full card details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a subscription to use SurveyReflex?
No. There is no subscription. You pay once per survey, only when you want more than 50 responses. Creating, editing, and collecting up to 50 responses is always free.
What happens when a survey reaches its response limit?
The survey stops accepting new responses. You will receive a notification as your survey approaches the limit (at 75%, 90%, and 100%). You can purchase a higher tier at any time to reopen the survey.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support if you have a billing concern. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. You can create unlimited surveys, each collecting up to 50 responses, at no cost. No credit card is required.
Can I use discount codes?
Yes. If you have a discount code, you can apply it at checkout when purchasing a response tier.
