Sharing Options

Once your survey is published, you can share it through multiple channels. This guide covers all available sharing options.

The most common way to share your survey.

  1. Go to your survey’s Details page
  2. Find the Share Link section
  3. Click “Copy Link” to copy to clipboard

Your survey link looks like:

https://surveyreflex.com/survey/your-survey-slug

The slug is automatically generated from your survey title.

Share your link through:

  • Email - Paste in email body
  • Social Media - Post on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Messaging - Send via Slack, Teams, WhatsApp
  • Documents - Include in reports or presentations

QR Code

Generate a QR code for physical sharing.

Generating QR Code

  1. Go to your survey’s Details page
  2. Click the “QR Code” button
  3. QR code modal appears

Downloading QR Code

Download your QR code:

  1. Click “Download PNG” for image file
  2. Use the downloaded image in your materials

Best Practices

When sharing via email:

Subject Line:

“We’d love your feedback - 2 minute survey”

Email Body:

  1. Explain why you’re sending
  2. Mention how long it takes
  3. Include the survey link
  4. Thank them in advance
